How can I FACE My Reality With Joy??

"There is a natural tension between the ideals of the gospel and the realities of our daily living."

That terrific quote is from the sister-to-sister broadcast held at BYU last week. Isn't it great?

This is the way it's meant to be!

I want to speak of the TENSION.

How do you think of the tension in your life?

There is tension that is detrimental, crippling and self-defeating.

And then there's tension that is interesting, enabling and motivating.

And the difference is what we make it mean when our reality doesn't quite measure up.

I love this quote from Byron Katie that says, "When you argue with reality, you lose...but only 100% of the time."

When reality doesn't measure up, that's life. That's how it was meant to be.

And we don't have to be sour about it.

We don't have to shake our fists in the air or throw a pity party.

Nothing has gone wrong because life isn't perfect.

Did you know it's possible to have TENSION and have JOY!?

That's the goal.

BUT HOW??? That's a question you have to ask yourself in each situation you encounter.

How can I have THIS tension and still have joy???

Put your brain to work on that question, and it will come up with a fabulous answer for you!

This work feels wonderful!  I'd love to share it with you.  If you'd like help finding your answers to great questions like this, sign up for a free mini-session today at:
