4 Truths about How to Feel More Love
Every day we run into situations where we can be disappointed (or some other negative emotion) in people around us.
And our impulse is to let disappointment reign and interact with them from a place of being disappointed. Or we just try to ignore it and hope it goes away but really it can continue to build inside. Either way, the emotions are controlling our behavior and can make us do things we don't necessarily want to do.
Paying attention to what is happening when we have a negative feeling helps uncover the truth about them.
Truth 1. A feeling can't ever hurt us. It's just a vibration in our body. And although theyre uncomfortable, we can handle it.
Truth 2, What we are thinking to bring on the disappointment is optional. Are we believing the worst thoughts that brings up disappointment?
